ChallengeMinds Beta terms of use
Last updated October 9, 2026
Draft for the ChallengeMinds Beta. This text is waiting for review and may change before the beta opens to everyone.
These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal operator name: awaiting confirmation], which operates ChallengeMinds. By using the ChallengeMinds Beta you agree to them.
Who can use it
- You must be 13 or older to have an account. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms with you.
- Children under 13 can't have accounts. Parent-managed child profiles are turned off during the beta.
- The beta is by invitation only.
Teachers and schools
- Teachers may use ChallengeMinds with students in line with their school's policies. A school that wants an official arrangement (for example, a data processing agreement) should contact us. We don't sign such agreements during the beta.
- Teachers are responsible for sharing class codes only with their own students.
It's a beta
ChallengeMinds is still being built. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may reset test data with notice. The beta is free while it lasts. We will tell you before anything becomes paid.
Learning content and AI
- Many lessons are written with AI and checked automatically. A course marked "Not yet reviewed" has not been checked by a person. AI can be wrong, so double-check anything important.
- ChallengeMinds is for learning. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
- Medical and other high-stakes courses are published only after a qualified expert approves them.
Using ChallengeMinds fairly
- Keep your password private, and use your own account.
- Don't request or try to create harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content, or try to get around safety limits.
- Don't include other people's personal information in requests, questions or feedback.
- Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or to see answers before you answer.
We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content and ours
You keep what you write. You let us use your feedback to improve ChallengeMinds. Courses, games and software on ChallengeMinds belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Teachers' own course versions stay theirs.
No guarantees
The beta is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it or from mistakes in lessons.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-law state: awaiting confirmation], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes, and the date at the top will change.
